2019 BCAC Point in Time & Housing Inventory Count

The planning for the 2019 Boise City / Ada County Point in Time (PIT) and Housing Inventory Count (HIC) has begun! The PIT count is scheduled for the night of Wednesday, January 23rd, 2019, with the unsheltered surveys occurring on the 24th and 25th. We are using the same processes we used for the 2018 PIT / HIC and there are several resources we have updated for you!

Unsheltered PIT Process

For the unsheltered PIT survey, we will be using an app again this year. The link for the unsheltered survey app can be found here.

If you need the paper version of the unsheltered PIT survey, it can be found here. If surveys are collected on paper, please plan to enter the data collected from the paper surveys into the app by the deadline of Monday, February 11th, 2019.
