Isaac Fox-Poulsen leads ICA’s HMIS services in St. Louis City, providing user training along with technical and analytical support to agencies in the St. Louis City Continuum of Care. Isaac earned a Masters of Social Work in May 2016. He is dedicated to making a positive impact on homeless services in the region and wants HMIS to be something that is helpful and results in positive change, rather than just being something agencies have to do in order to get funding. He believes no one should have to wonder where they will be sleeping at night, or if they will be safe.
Outside of work, Isaac enjoys relaxing at home, watching TV, reading, and cooking. He is inspired by Hillary Clinton, Jane Addams, Frances Perkins, and many of the clients he has served who get up each day, despite experiencing hardships like violence and homelessness.
