The HMIS Project offers a variety of training and technical assistance opportunities for Partner Agencies. If you would like to learn more about the HMIS User process, please read the HMIS Agency Procedure Manual on the Publications page.

Online Trainings

All HMIS users are required to complete the Security and Privacy Awareness Training and project specific trainings. These trainings are recorded, so they can be completed anytime. HMIS users that will run reports must complete the Reports training. To complete the Security and Privacy Awareness Training, project specific trainings, or Reports training, please contact your System Administrator.

On-site Training and Technical Assistance Opportunities

On-site training and technical assistance is offered by HMIS Project staff during bi-annual Technical Assistance Assessment (TAA) visits. To view a sample of the on-site TAA tool, please click here.
