The Institute for Community Alliances has compiled a report on homelessness in Wisconsin in 2017. The goal of this report is to serve as an overview of homelessness in Wisconsin.

This report includes clients who were served in the following project types:

  • Emergency Shelter
  • Transitional Housing
  • PATH Street Outreach*
  • Rapid Re-Housing (entering only)
  • Permanent Supportive Housing (entering only)

*In previous years, all street outreach clients were included in the HMIS annual report.  Because this report includes only PATH Street Outreach clients, we do not recommend a direct comparison of the total number of clients experiencing homelessness in previous reports.

Annual Reports

Each year, the Institute for Community Alliances compiles a report on the state of homelessness in Wisconsin, with the goal of providing an overview of trends and characteristics and informing efforts to end homelessness statewide.
