Prioritization Report training – For Users at housing programs and local leads who will be taking clients off the list.

Report Trouble-shooting – For the Local lead or anyone running the Prioritization Reports. This will cover how to fix data entry errors that cause problems for the prioritization report.

ServicePoint User Training Records
As a reminder, each ServicePoint user must meet annual training requirements. You can find the requirements here, HMIS Policies and Procedures.
Agency Admins - Did you know that you can check the ServicePoint user profiles for users at your agency to see which trainings they’ve attended this year?
On the left side of the ServicePoint homepage, click on the gray Admin bar.
Then click on the tile for User Admin.
You can search for a specific user, or click the Search button to pull up a list of users at your agency.
Click on a user’s name to view their user profile. You will find the 2015 User Training record in the middle of the page.
A note about this record: ICA staff are responsible for updating these training records. By the 15th of the month, we will have records updated with trainings attended through the previous month.
Another way to check user training history – the ART report!
Agency Admins with an ART license can run the User Trainings 2015 report for users at your agency. In ART, go to:
Agency Administration Reports folder --> User Trainings 2015 Report.
If your agency doesn’t have an Agency Administrator, contact your ICA Regional Coordinator to get a copy of this report.
