301: ART Basic Training

This training provides the basics of “How to” run ART Reports. Topics Covered: Review of Available Reports for Data Clean-Up and Program Grants Question/Answer Session.

303: Data Clean Up Reports (ART)
June 16 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
This training will provide an overview of reports available to clean up data in WISP.

348: RHY ART Reports
June 30 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am
This training will cover the ART reports required for RHY funded programs.

510: Canned Reports- available for all users *NEW* 
June 18 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
This training is available for all users. Located on the Reports tab there are live-time reports available for a quick information gathering and to check client served. This training will provide an overview of the reports available and how to fill out the prompts.

201: Refresher Course

Tips and Tricks

Don't have time to run an ART report? Schedule it!

Here's how:

  1. Click the magnifying glass next to your desired report.
  2. Choose to "Schedule Report" in the pop-up box.
  3. Fill in all appropriate prompts (use the "select" button to choose values from list).
  4. Click "Next" when all prompts have been completed.
  5. Choose a name for your report, a report format (PDF or Excel file), and interval (choose to run the report once, daily, weekly, etc.) NOTE: Use default values for user's inbox, start date, and end date for the report. These will send the report to your inbox, and it will run as long as necessary to complete the report.
  6. Click "Send."

That's it! You can find the report in your "Inbox" ART folder as soon as it's completed. In the meantime, it will appear in the "Scheduled Reports" section.
