New Users Who Rock

Everyone knows being a New User in ServicePoint can be a bit overwhelming.  ClientPoint, remembering to BackDate, and those sub-assessments leave quite a few of us scratching our heads in the beginning. Here’s a shout out to a couple of New Users who took New User training in July and August and already have access to the live site. Congratulations!

Tips and Tricks

Try saving your reports in Excel format.  There are a number of benefits to doing this – it makes it easier to delete unnecessary tabs, allows you to sort and filter client detail information, and it (at least anecdotally) results in smaller file sizes for the same information.

To print files in Excel format, make sure you use the scaling feature under Print > Settings.  This will allow you to either fit the sheet onto one page, fit all columns on one page, or fit all rows on one page – no more pesky columns or rows that are printed on a separate page!
