Gaps Analysis Comparing the Unsheltered Point-in-Time Count to the Homeless Management Information System (2024)

This gaps analysis was conducted by comparing data collected during the 2024 unsheltered point-in-time (PIT) count to data in the HMIS to determine whether those clients identified during the unsheltered PIT count were also engaged in other services as documented within the HMIS. Download the PDF.

This gaps analysis was conducted using a survey of frontline workers and persons with lived experience and focused on gaps and potential improvements to the housing programming provided through the CoC. Download the PDF.

Gaps and Disparities in Programs for Individuals and Families Experiencing Homelessness (2022)

This gaps analysis was conducted using data collected through the HMIS and focused on identifying gaps and disparities in the services provided to clients while they are homeless, including shelter, transitional housing, street outreach, and coordinated entry. Download the PDF.
